For ordinary negligence Billstac is only liable for the breach of essential contractual duties, and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Liability for lost profits, missed savings, data loss or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to the service
Billstac is entitled to further develop, adapt or discontinue features, content and services, provided this does not unreasonably impair the legitimate interests of users.
14. Changes to these terms
Billstac reserves the right to amend these terms in the future.
Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.
15. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
