Always verify payment details before transferring money. Billstac does not guarantee the correctness of any invoice data shown in the app and accepts no liability for incorrect payments.

1. The service

Billstac is a personal invoice management tool that lets you record invoice details (vendor, amount, IBAN, due date, …) either manually or by forwarding emails to a personal inbound address, and generates SEPA payment QR codes you can scan with your banking app.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Invoice data is either entered by you or extracted automatically from emails using AI. Both can produce mistakes — wrong amounts, swapped digits in the IBAN, an outdated reference, etc. Billstacmakes no warranty that the data displayed in the app is correct, complete, or up to date.

3. You are responsible for verification

Before initiating any payment based on data shown in Billstac(whether by scanning a generated QR code, copying an IBAN, or entering values manually into your banking app), you must verify the recipient name, IBAN, BIC, amount and reference against the original invoice. Treat the QR code as a convenience, not as proof of correctness.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billstac is not liable for any incorrect payments, missed deadlines, late fees, lost funds, or other financial losses arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

Use Billstac only for your own legitimate invoice management. Do not abuse the inbound email pipeline, do not attempt to access other users' data, and do not upload illegal content.

6. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; doing so removes your account and every invoice attached to it. We may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
